Saved and Accepted

SAVED AND ACCEPTED
I am just a sinner that was saved by God's amazing grace.
Oh how wonderful, what peace and joy are mine,
when Christ died for me a sinner and powerless on my own.
He lifted me up to a higher place.
What joy is mine, what peace I find
in Jesus my Lord my Savior and friend.

Although I was lost in sins, had no power of my own.
to take away the darkness and remove my fears,.
I had locked myself away, felt I was a burden to all.
When I called from the depths of my sin and shame,
Jesus washed me anew and forgave all sins.
He brought into a glorious light,
Now I can see,
Now I can hear,
Oh what a wonderful gift I recieved that day.

I am now a princess, a child of the King,
for Jesus has accepted into His royal family,
I am not a burden to Him or to anyone anymore.
I have been washed in His blood and have been made whole.
Joy overflowing fills my heart and my soul,
I can sing and dance, I could never before
He rescued my life from from the pits of hell.
I am saved and accepted, just as I am.

Jesus my Savior, has saved me by His grace,
and I will walk in His light and His love all of my days.
I could never repay what He did for me that day,
So I will thank Him and praise Him each day,
for His wonderful love that He had for me,
For He reached out His hand, and pulled me out
of a dark and lonely world.
He gave me a reason to live,
a reason to go
and share His Salvation and love
to this dark and sinful world.

With joy and thanksgiving I will go and do my best,
To share God's salvation, for I know in heart,
there are those who are longing to find,
a reason to live, and some peace of mind.
God give me the wisdom I need each day,
and give me Your love for all to see,
that they will see the light of Your love,
and open their hearts to recieve Your salvation
so full and free.
