BLESSINGS OF WINTER*

The blessings of winter,some will never know,it secerts lie beneath the the cold winter snow.What a wonderful sight isfresh fallen snowevery snowflake is different,like every star in the sky.Winter is a blessing to me, there is such peacethat fills my heart, I feel safe and secureand I know that sounds strange.But in my heart winter, is a wonderful time of year.Blessings of winter only last for a time.Soon spring comes and theflowers will bloom,the birds will singa beautiful song.The blessings of winter, helps things to grow, for hope lies beneaththe cold winter snow.As soon as spring comes, and warms the ground,new life will spring forth all around.For all to see, the beauty and wonderThe blessings of winter God has given to all,Look deep into your heart and you will see,What wonderful blessings that are hiddenbeneath the pain and the sorrowyou have carried so long.There are blessings in winter,beneath the winter snow,We all have our seasons,of sorrow and pain,But just like the snow,in time it will melt. So look to the One who gaveHis life on the cross,so that all could be saved. His love springs forth and heals the soul, and just like winter, He can take away, the pain in your heartand in time you will see,New life spring forth,for this is the promise He made.The blessings of winter, I hold close to my heart. Without them I wouldnt know my wonderful Lord.To the One who brings the promise of spring,Bringing new life in each living thing.All praise goes to God for all that He's done.For giving me life that comes from His Son.
