THE BEAUTY OF GOD*

As the autumn leaves touch the ground,
as I listen I can hear the sound,
as they fall and touch the ground.
Such beauty in autumn,
what wonderful colors to behold,
red, orange, yellow and gold.
and God made all this beauty
for us to see.
And He put all this beauty in you and me.
Although autumn is a sign,
that winter's on it's way,
It still holds a beauty in such a special way.
As autumn leaves fall to the ground,
all things must die before
they are born again.
For in our lives we know this is true,
for God will make all things brand new.
As winter fades into Spring,
bringing new life in each living thing.
Bringing such beauty for us to behold.
In all our lives there are seasons of change,
Winter, Spring,Summer and Fall.
In all of our lives we go through them all.
All this happens for a reason I know,
Bringing a beauty, God sees in us all.
As autumn leaves fall to the ground,
For in my life I know I have found,
The beauty of God all around.
The beauty that God planted in me,
I pray that each day others will see,
the beauty of God in their lives as well.
