THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD*

The spirit of the Lord is on me,
HE has touched my soul,
He has filled my heart with a longing.
To reach out and touch others for Him.
To bring freedom and new life,
to those who are lost,
to those who are broken,
who need His love desperately,
and to help them find the only way.
The spirit of the Lord is on me,
Where He leads I will go.
Spreading His word and love,
to those who need to hear,
to those that are sick and dying,
to those that are lost and afraid,
so they can recieve salvation and healing,
and a joy they never had before.
The spirit of the Lord is on me,
and I desire to go forth,
to spread is love to all.
Here I am Lord, send me,
I am responding to Your call,
I desire to do Your will.
